Cantilever Racking is primarily used for storing long, awkward and oversized goods.  Cantilever Racking provides maximum storage capability and is easily accessible.  It is also available in various heights with both single sided and double sided configurations.

Cantilever Racking is available in light duty which has a safe working load (SWL) of 250kg per arm, medium duty which has a SWL of 750kg per arm, and heavy duty which can be engineered to suit your SWL requirements.

Description

Cantilever Racking is available in two finishes. The powder coated finish (blue and orange) is primarily used in warehouses and workshops. The hot-dipped galvanised finish is used for outdoor applications to protect the cantilever against rust.

C200 Cantilever Racking

Also known as light duty cantilever racking, this racking is designed for lighter storage requirements.  The arm ratings typically vary from 250kg/arm to 450kg/arm, depending on the arm length and configuration of the cantilever system.

Heavy Duty Cantilever Racking

This cantilever system utilises posts section sizes of either a C305, C350 and C410mm sections and a common storage solution for storing a variety of building and construction materials.  Typically, the arms are rated to a capacity of 1000kg UDL, but this may vary depending on arm length and racking configuration.  By offer a C305, C350 and C410 section size, we can cater for lower or higher loads in a single column, and so a safe cantilever system can be designed according to your needs and budget.
